Mega Brave and Mega Symphonia reintroduce Mega Evolution into the card game for the first time since the XY Series and Sun & Moon Series, as powerful Mega Evolution Pokémon ex cards worth 3 Prize cards, utilizing the typical stage and Pokémon Evolution of their depicted Pokémon. This variant of Pokémon ex uses a black-and-yellow symbol. The first cards, Mega Lucario ex and Mega Gardevoir ex, were revealed in the Pokémon Presents presentation on Pokémon Day 2025 with a standalone trailer.^[1] Mega Brave and Mega Symphonia also introduce Full Art (SR/Super Rare, equivalent to English's ultra rare) prints of Item cards, Pokémon Tool cards, and Stadium cards for the first time.
