At HBT Collectables, we strive for complete satisfaction with every purchase; if you are not entirely happy with your fashion items, we offer a 30-day return policy for unused goods in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your HBT Collectables account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original condition with all tags attached, including a copy of your packing slip or the Return Authorization form inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
